This workshop will allow employees to assess their nutrition know-how and will provide easy ways to improve the diet, weight management, boost energy levels, and prevent disease also how food influences sleep and mood. Sandra, a nutrition and lifestyle graduate from the Institute of Health Sciences (London, UK), will guide you on the subject.
