WeWent Cancellation Policies

WeWent advises the Experts to choose among four standardized cancellation policies: Flexible, Moderate, Strict and Super Strict that enforce to protect both the Client and Expert alike.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refund 2 days prior to the workshop, except transaction fees.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to WeWent within 24 hours of the workshop start date.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Extraordinary Cancellation, Exclusion from Participation. Please review these exceptions.
  • A workshop booking is officially cancelled when the Client informs the Expert in writing.

MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refund 5 days prior to workshop, except transaction fees.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to WeWent within 24 hours of the workshop start date.
  • WeWent will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Extraordinary Cancellation, Exclusion from Participation. Please review these exceptions.
  • A workshop booking is officially cancelled when the Client informs the Expert in writing.

STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 50% refund up until 7 days prior to the workshop, except transaction fees.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to WeWent within 24 hours of the workshop start date.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Extraordinary Cancellation, Exclusion from Participation. Please review these exceptions.
  • A workshop booking is officially cancelled when the Client informs the Expert in writing.

SUPER STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No refund up until 7 days prior to the workshop, including transaction fees.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to WeWent within 24 hours of workshop start date.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Extraordinary Cancellation, Exclusion from Participation. Please review these exceptions.
  • A workshop booking is officially cancelled when the Client informs the Expert in writing.

Partial Cancellation

In the event of a partial cancellation (reduction of the number of participants) partial refunds are decided and managed directly by the Expert.

Extraordinary Cancellation

The Expert can cancel the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult. This is done under the exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever. In this circumstance, the Client is free to arrange with the Expert a new date without extra payment.

Exclusion from Participation

The Expert has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from an activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded.
