Deal with Stress and Make it Your Ally

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to question themselves in their own way of dealing with stress-generating situations in their professional environment. Throughout the workshop, they will learn easy to apply tools to: – Reduce stress in specific intense circumstances – Better deal with stress daily – Find how to make stress a driving force rather than a handicap. This will be done by practicing rather than much theory, by sharing and exchanging. All my experience as a coach but also as a previous employee working in a very stressful environment will be put at your service. Experimentation is key for me. My intention is really to enable this is a very kind and open environment. The limited number of participants is also made to keep some intimacy in the group.
