Developing a culture in your workplace that supports high performance without burning out. Team or department intervention to manage mental well-being while reducing organisational drag (eg unproductive meetings, over-emailing). 9 to 12 month programme with 1 module per month (1-2 hours)

Before starting my own business 7 years ago I had two decades of corporate experience in knowledge-intensive industries in international HR roles in USA, Switzerland, New Zealand and Norway. My clients include Roche, PwC, Bayer, Abbot, Alexion, Credit Suisse.

Being naturally curious about people I studied organisational psychology to a Masters level and became a New Zealand Registered Psychologist. Later I completed an Executive MBA at Henley Management College in UK to strengthen my business skills. Further studies in Adult Learning and coaching lead to being an accredited coach with the ISCP (International Society of Coaching Psychologists).  I love to write and am the author of the book Focus in the Age of Distraction, an Amazon best-seller. Also written articles in Employment Today, Human Resources, Pharma Times, Private Banker International.....

Originally born and raised in New Zealand, I've travelled and lived overseas, living the last 18 years in Switzerland. I think I bring the best of both cultures by combining Kiwi creativity with Swiss efficiency.  You'll find me most weekends in the outdoors, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or cycling depending on the season.
