Interactive programme served as 6-8 bite sized chunks of 1 hour in an interactive and engaging way Collaborative learning through action -Pre session on-line assessments or activity to raise awareness about their approach to stress management, work-life boundaries, digital wellbeing -Short activities during session eg icebreakers, in-session polls, Q&A and breakouts groups, on-line games (eg Kahoot) -Post session activity to implement learning -Matched with a peer as reflection buddy for post session activity -Group challenges to form new habits -Can include individual coaching
