The EmployAgility Ambassador Training is designed for (and by) leaders, managers, coaches and HR professionals. Participants will build the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to competently use the EmployAgility framework with people in their organisation and help them increase their personal agility and employability.

This fully virtual, interactive Training Programme with certification takes place with 10 hours of online presence over 5 weeks in a lively mix of theory and content, break out sessions and self-reflection.
Participants love the opportunity to try out and discuss their learnings with peers.
It is followed by a 3-month period in which the participants use their knowledge in the real world with at least 2 colleagues in their organisation to certify as EmployAgility Ambassadors (we are on hand via MS Teams if there are any questions).
To wrap up there is a 90 minute optional feedback session in which participants share their experience with each other and with us.
We love hearing how different Ambassadors adapt the approach for their organisation and participants confirm that this is an inspiring and valuable piece of the overall programme
The first 5 weeks:
Participants will be sent an access code for the EmployAgility App to complete the self-reflection for themselves.
Session 1: (1.5 hours) Introduction: What is EmployAgility? What has it got to do with me and our company? Begin to make a personal action plan.
Session 2, 3 & 4: (2.5 hours each): In these sessions we turn our attention to the psychology behind EmployAgility and explore the 5 dimensions of EmployAgility (Learning Agility, Networking, Collaboration, Wellbeing, Career Agility) introducing simple tools and techniques for each. We discuss the 4 EmployAgility personas and different ways to approach the subject with them and prepare to use the EmployAgility Framework with other people focussing on the approach and preparing for the conversations. Participants are then given access codes to use with their colleagues.
The following 3-months:
Participants contact at least 2 people in their organization and arrange for them to use the EmployAgility Framework to explore and increase their personal EmployAgility. This can take place 1:1 or in groups.
The colleagues complete the self-reflection and debrief with the EmployAgility Ambassador. It is entirely at the discretion of the colleague if they share their report with the Ambassador in full or not.
The final session:
We come back together for 1.5 hours to reflect on the process, share insights, get inspiration and give feedback to continually improve the training program.
Certified EmployAgility Ambassadors are invited to join our growing community of EmployAgility Ambassadors in MS Teams to continue the discussion and stay up to date with developments.
