Beyond Diversity: Strategies for Inclusive Leadership
Provided by Anna Stando
Most of us have a deep desire to act inclusively and to be allies for (other) minorities in the workplace. The problem is that what it means to be inclusive is sometimes hard to describe. What are the traits of an inclusive leader and what are the actions that speak more than words? How can we embody these behaviours when time is scarce, emotions run high, and deadlines are looming?
To truly leverage the power of diversity, we need to learn how to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard and valued. For the benefit of others, our companies and our own careers.
In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of inclusive leadership and put theory into practice.
