Anna has 10 years of international experience in training, facilitation and moderation and she is a frequent workshop facilitator and speaker on the topics of gender equality and inclusive leadership.
Her previous roles include working as a Relations Manager for the Swiss-wide association, Advance and helping companies to get to gender equality in the workplace. She still supports Advance with delivering virtual reality training about unconscious bias and with other projects.
Anna also co-leads team days focused on communication and appreciation at work, using LEGO Serious Play.
Anna has a master’s degree in Intercultural Communication, speaks 5 languages and has lived in Poland, the Netherlands, Guatemala, Mexico, Denmark, Thailand, and Switzerland. Her work has brought her to over 50 countries, learning the practical way about inclusion, exclusion and everything in between!
