My research is ongoing & exploring employee experiences of mental health within the workplace, specifically investigating what it is like for employees to work during times of poor mental health, and what it is like for managers to manager employees whose mental health is poor.
Additionally I have completed advanced postgraduate training in Qualitative Psychological Research Methods, Work & Wellbeing, Leadership & Performance.
