I am passionate about humans and their impact in the workplace and that is why I founded HumanForce, a consultancy that supports companies to build caring, connected and inclusive cultures at work.  I have over 30 years' of experience in managerial roles working for private practice and the UN and today as a coach and trainer I work with leaders to bring out the best in their people and in themselves

As a consultant coach and trainer I  work closely with leaders and teams to unleash the potential and strength of their human capital. My work is focused on building cultures of engagement, innovation and connection.I have worked closely with multinationals from a variety of sectors including Pharma, FMCG, sports and luxury and also various UN organisations, to develop agile and people-centric cultures. I am  a Tedx Speaker and have also delivered key-note speeches for a number of corporates and leadership programmes worldwide. I am currently writing a book on emotions in the workplace.
