I am Anna, facilitator and Neurographica Specialist.

I help teams, groups and communities to align on purpose, deepen connections and find creative solutions.

My journey with facilitation started in IT career, when I didn't know yet about such profession yet during more than 10 years facilitated numerous meetings for Product requirements, Plannings and Solution design, as well as SCRUM ceremonies and SIT (Systemative Inventive Thinking) sessions, working with stakeholders of all levels, from highly technical teams to Business, Marketing and Sales.

In 2020 I've certified as XCHANGE facilitator, strength-based multidisciplinary method used by top companies in US and the World.

• Designed and facilitated various virtual and in-person events (community building, goal setting, wellbeing and communications).
• Co-facilitated and assisted in ~25 virtual sessions and events with audience from 10 to 100 (Leadership development programs, Positive intelligence, Mastermind Sessions, Personal Development and Community Building, including technically complex Hybrid event).

And lastly, my newest addition to my offerings is Neurographica method, which blended so nicely with Xchange.

Neurographica is scientific method which allows to reach the thinking behind the surface, by drawing lines and shapes using special algorithms. As one of the principles says "Any task has a graphical solution" and "Drawing is easy", which allows to tap into creative for anyone no matter of drawing skills!

I am Neurographica specialist and Neurographica Instructor 2023, as well as in progress of Certification of NeuroFacilitation and will expand my offering with more targeted sessions in nearest time.
