I am Andreas, a mentally agile, curious & values-driven HR/L&D/People Leader, marathon-runner & consultant with experience in operating at strategic & operational level in a broad range of matrix organisations including Biotech/Pharma, Financial Services, and IT, & start-ups. In addition, I am an ICF-certified coach and an experienced F2F and virtual facilitator.

I am passionate about creating trusting relationships & driving leadership & talent development through significant culture change. Having worked & lived in multiple countries across EMEA, I love intercultural communication and I am business fluent in ENG/GER/ITA & offer good FRE & SPA.

My approach to work is defined by different angles, i.e., agile: coach, leader, mentor, facilitator, consultant and SME. Depending on the situation I use one or more angles to have the biggest impact for/with the humans I am working with.

What else?

  • I am a grateful father of four children who are the biggest success and pride in my life.
  • I love running: be it marathons, charity runs, shorter or longer runs.
  • Inclusion: I believe in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Each and every day.
