Yasmina Rauber

During the last 25 years of her career, Yasmina Rauber worked in the world of trading and shipping. Though she had glimpses that gender biases existed, it was in this mainly male-dominated world that they became more apparent to her. She found herself in an environment where she had to push and push to be recognized as equally capable and worthy of promotions as her male counterparts.

Having coached and mentored many women throughout her career, she pivoted to fully support women in the corporate world. She underwent extensive coaching certifications: Business & Life Coaching (ICI Geneva), CLEEN methodology, Health & Wellness (IIN New York) as well as  Transformational Coaching (LMI California).

While running her Women in Leadership program for corporate clients – global fortune 500 companies - she is also supporting Young Managers to get equipped with fundamental tools. In addition, she is actively supporting companies reach the UNSDG Nr 5 (Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls) through specific trainings on Unconscious Biases as well as D&I.

Her clients include start-ups, PMEs as well as large corporations.

Yasmina is particularly active within trade associations: She was the President of WISTA Switzerland (Women in Shipping and Trading Association) for 6 years (2014-2019) and remained on its Board till 2022.
She was a Board member of the STSA (Swiss Trading & Shipping Association 2014-2017) and as she moved to Zug, she joined the Board of the Zug Commodity Association and was appointed as their General Secretary since 2021.

She has been speaking at various conferences, mainly on Diversity & Inclusion:  Mareforum, CTA, Wista Med, Maritime SheEO. YSP Turkey.

She gives training and coaching online and in-person in the whole of Switzerland & abroad.

In her free time, Yasmina paints and enjoys the beautiful nature surrounding her home in the Zug area,  in the company of her husband and 8 year old boy.
