After 10 years of working in international marketing and communications in the US, Japan, Australia and Hong Kong, I made a career change in 2003 and have worked in the areas of leadership and team development, I&D, culture change, engagement and EX at companies such as Nike, Zalando, Converse, and ASM. Since 2018, I've supported clients across the globe as a:

- Designer of experiences (workshops, offsites, events), resources and tools
