Lily Higgins

Lily is an awesome facilitator/consultant/partner in crime. As a boutique consultancy, we typically work with a dozen experts in their fields throughout the year depending on their area of expertise and the problems we are trying to help our clients solve. We started Lily out leading regional and global events that were vision, mission, and happiness based and those led to a POC for a series of innovation design thinking projects. The objectives and success metrics tied to each of these events or series were: - have fun events - give employees opportunities to meet informally across functions and regions - empower our employees and teach them design thinking approaches and mindsets - give employees a safe space to honestly voice their thoughts, opinions, and pain points - enable employees in their remit to drive change and efficacy across functions - evolve the culture and engagement of the organization Her work was well received, had high participation, and we had to add two more sessions due to the feedback and people wanting to join the live series vs listen to a recording. I would also say Lily is very thoughtful and very easy to work with. For us she has supported Asia Pac, UK, and all US time zones. - She is at her heart a designer of both physical, emotional, and virtual experiences - She has an extremely high EQ - She is not just a creative, she can also build a structured deck (for us it was a repeatable playbook and readout deck of outcomes from her work) - In her LinkedIn she describes herself as your workshop wingwoman, but I would say she easily takes the lead (but context and clear direction is important to her), and I became her wingwoman - and lastly she proactively has retrospectives: what went well, what could have gone better, what we want to change Due to her work, Lily will be launching a formal innovation program at our client which includes a monthly series where we are sharing innovations for problems that seemed unsolvable to inspire and help generate discussions, ideas, and solutions for those challenges. This is part of a greater business transformation that will be integral to drive consistency across communications, change management, and innovation.
