About
Over the past 20+ years, I have specialised in managing organisational and cultural changes, assisting various leadership teams in discovering improved methods to foster connection, establish trust, and collaboratively shape a brighter future for both themselves and their organisations. Through my previous role as General Manager at an international agency, I gained valuable insight into the daily hurdles of leading a business, building strong teams and motivating individuals. This expertise will undoubtedly inform the work we undertake together with you and your team. I am looking forward to it!

Testimonials
This workshop was probably one of the most important management initiatives this quarter and will help us a lot next year. Judith created trust within the team, we got to know each other much better, it brought a lot of clarity and will massively increase productivity and alignment moving forward.
CEO Inoqo
Judith is rightfully our trusted partner in understanding people motivation. She possesses an active listening skill with a clear mind to diagnose the people issues we are facing. More importantly, she is able to offer many insightful solutions for us to action and to create higher motivation.“
Head of People at Asia Miles
I worked closely with Judith and Max on the integration of employees from parts of Danaher’s Life Science business who transferred to Sartorius through acquisition. Through their insights into the journey employees go through during change, they shaped an integration programme which was employee-centric and sought meaningful engagement and interaction to listen to these employees and act on their feedback. In workshops designed by Judith and Max, managers and the integration team members were educated about how to guide employees through change. All workshops were delivered virtually but Judith and Max designed these to be interactive, educational, impactful but also lots of fun in provoking a mindset for what we now call the People Side of Change.
