It is my mission to paint working in a different Light. I support organisations with internal digital communication, services, and collaboration. I aid professionals with making good hybrid working agreements, with themselves and with colleagues, and help organisations create effective and cohesive digital workplaces. In doing so, I support organisations to better reach, serve, and connect their employees.

I have contributed to more than 40 intranets and digital workplaces for over 250,000 employees, students and volunteers. Some of them have won international awards, including the 2022 Intranet & Digital Workplace Award and the 2018 Digital Impact Best Intranet Award.

I am co-founder of TheDayShift, a business consultancy focusing on radical new ways for organisations and professionals to work and collaborate. In 2017 I co-founded boutique digital workplace consultancy Brayton House (sold in 2020). I have worked with various agencies such as Entopic and Sabel Communicatie, and as an independent consultant, since 1999.

I am co-author of "Digital Employee Experience: Put Employees First Towards a More Human Workplace," the world’s first book on the topic. I also co-authored a book on Top Tasks, and a faction novel titled "Senna versus Schumacher And Other Formula One Rivalries That Never Happened." I regularly present at intranet and digital workplace conferences in his native Netherlands and abroad.
