Balanced Breath is a coaching course for small teams (max. 10 participants) to unlock the power of Buteyko Breath Training. Master the art of breath with structured techniques over the course of 4 weeks, one online session per week.
Experience heightened focus, increased resilience, and a greater sense of calm and wellbeing, as your breath becomes a tool that supports your body’s harmony.
These breath techniques are your allies against symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, stress,fatigue, poor sleep quality, concentration challenges and nervousness.
CO2, also known as carbon dioxide, is a pivotal gas within our body, crucial for driving our breathing reflex and optimizing blood circulation and oxygen delivery throughout our entire system. This training strategically boosts your current CO2 tolerance threshold, thereby optimizing the biochemical processes within your body.
Achieving tangible results requires your dedication: practice for about 30 minutes daily throughout the 4-week journey.

What to Expect
- Elevate Employee Wellbeing and Performance
- You will be guided through a structured method of breathing techniques over the course of 4 weeks. Every week we meet online for about an hour to discuss individual questions, to understand the theory behind this method as well as to actually do some practical breathing exercises. To achieve tangible results, you will practice the exercises daily on your own and track your progress in a breath-journal.
