For over 22 years I've been working with Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups, from Pharma, FMCG, Banking and Finance to Retail, Manufacturing, and Fintech.

Besides running SchmidtandPartners.com, I’m the Country CEO of one of the largest outplacement and career management organizations worldwide. Prior to that, I have spent over 22 years on the executive search side of the business.
