Saskia Lenkeit has worked in talent management, HR generalist and strategic HR roles, Clare Bass brings a long career in diversity & inclusion as well as HR strategy and Lesley Powell is our learning & development specialist with expertise in learning and facilitation design. Our experience is grounded in a strategic and data driven approach to leadership and team development challenges.
During our time at Google we consulted on, designed and led award winning development programs and team effectiveness solutions.
After 7 years of impactful work together we decided to build on our strong partnership and forge our new venture, Cloudberry.

Saskia has expertise in various HR roles. She has worked in talent management, leadership development and strategic HR roles. She designed, implemented and advised managers on all parts of the employee lifecycle. The majority of her career was spent in strategic HR roles, leading functions and several sites while advising senior leadership teams on topics like building and maintaining healthy organisations, creating a unique team culture and developing managers and leadership teams. In that role she used her coaching and facilitation skills to build strong relationships, run impactful strategy sessions and team development initiatives. Most recently she worked as a regional HR lead in a Tech startup, building the HR function from scratch. She holds a masters degree in Organisational Psychology and is certified facilitator and Co-Active coach.
Clare has expertise in both strategic HR and diversity and inclusion. She has worked in HR consultancy, learning and development, HR business partner and talent acquisition and management capacities throughout her career. This has resulted in impactful work conducting diversity and inclusion audits and subsequently setting and implementing regional strategies, and crafting successful development programs for the retention and progression of talent. Most recently she has worked on a number of interventions to improve leadership effectiveness, particularly in the areas of organisational design, decision making and setting a clear vision and strategy.
She leverages her deep HR expertise and her coaching and facilitation skills to diagnose and tackle people challenges at a leader, team and organisational level. Clare holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor in Economics with French and is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
Lesley has expertise in adult learning and development, design and facilitation. She has created and led award-winning top talent leadership development programs for software engineers and emerging leaders programs for Cloud Sales teams. She has deep expertise in manager development, having contributed to the creation of the first manager assessment and training program at Google. She pioneered the most popular technical manager development conference and kick-started global manager learning communities that span 27 countries. Lesley has spent 14 years working with global distributed teams and their leaders to build trust, communication, drive strategy and resolve conflict. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, an MBA and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
