Key Highlights
What to expect:
Prior to join the workshop you will be invited to take the MBTI questionnaire. On the day we will start with Introductions followed by an engaging learning process on the Myers briggs Personality Type framework and its roots in Jungian theory. You will receive full assistance with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator self assessment, followed by an in-depth analysis of the results with tips on how to make the most of individual personality types, both in the workplace and relationships. A particular emphasis will be on how participants can incorporate the learning into understanding, recognizing, and appreciating differences within themselves and with others.
