Start with a warm up, improve posture, perform basic strengthening and balancing postures, stretching/flexibility exercises, and end the session with well-deserved relaxation. The teacher will explain the most basic postures of yoga and how they can improve the general well-being of the participants. Explore some gentle stretches which can be done on a chair, perform some easy and simple breathing exercises, and have an introduction to mindfulness practice.
