A leadership journey is a seminar with more than a theoretical approach. In this seminar, we will use experience-based learning through the forces of collective intelligence and team-building to create a better understanding of leadership.
Outdoors role-play and indoor workshops help live a great diversity of situations with different feelings and perceptions. Respect for others and attentive listening, taking the time to talk and share, favorites significantly during this journey towards the leader that hibernates in each of us.
