After my 32 years of experience in a multi national company, I followed my passion of coaching. motivating empowering employees, companies and teenagers to move forward in their professional and private life.

I am specialized in career, self-development &  executive/leadership areas, using my solid knowledge manoeuvring in companies. I am as well Managing Director of Noble Manhattan Coaching Switzerland, offering coach training programs to individuals to become coaches and companies upskilling their leaders and staff.

I am a strong believer that our young generation needs direction and guidance more than ever, hence I did my Adolescent Coaching diploma. Moreover created a workshop for parents, as they feel lost at times, which I use as well for teachers and educational staff.

We need more coaches and humans who know coaching skills to create a better world.

Follow up sessions have been organized ensuring commitment and accountability.
